All Animal Control calls and operations fall under the supervision of the King and Queen County Sheriff’s Office. The Animal Control Officer can be reached at the King & Queen County Sheriff's Office, (804) 785-7400.
Our Animal Control Officers enforce the laws and regulations set by the State and County with an emphasis on animal control laws. The King & Queen County Animal Control Officers' duties includes but are not limited to: answering complaints from citizens, catching stray animals, dealing with dangerous dogs, investigations of cruelty to animals, and more.
